How the agency overlay works for organizations managing multiple client workspaces.
The agency overlay is an add-on for organizations on the Team plan or above. It adds features designed for PR firms, consultancies, and agencies that run monitoring across multiple client brands — one workspace per client.
What the agency overlay adds
Pitch spaces let you create temporary monitoring environments for prospective clients. Each agency subscription includes 3 pitch spaces per month. Additional pitch spaces are billed individually. Pitch spaces do not roll over between billing periods. If a prospect becomes a client, you can convert the pitch space into a full workspace subscription.
Committed-volume pricing is available for agencies that commit to a minimum number of workspaces for 12 months. The per-workspace rate is negotiated as part of the commitment. The discount is tied to the commitment term, not to current volume.
Workspace hibernation lets you pause a workspace at a reduced storage cost. Hibernated workspaces stop monitoring and lose access to real-time features, but their data is preserved. Reactivation restores full functionality.
Channel protection is a contractual provision that prevents Suede from directly soliciting agency clients.
How agency billing works
The agency overlay adds a monthly premium to your organization's subscription. This is separate from workspace subscriptions — each workspace still holds its own independent subscription with its own plan, usage, and limits.
Your organization's billing page shows a rolled-up view of every workspace subscription, including plan, billing status, and usage for each.
Enable the agency overlay
Contact sales to add the agency overlay to your organization. The overlay requires the Team plan or above.
